The best pins of the batch. As enamel pins are handmade items, standard grade pins may still have flaw/s upon close inspection or at a particular angle. These minor imperfections may include: light scuffing/polishing lines on the metal or enamel, slight under filled enamel, an air bubble or small speck of dust, etc.

Seconds:
More noticeable imperfections, such as: More noticeable scuffing in the metal or enamel, glitter in enamel where it shouldn’t be, more noticeable or multiple bubbles in enamel, slightly loose or bent pin posts, small marks or nicks in enamel, etc.
Stars pin: Imperfections in the large metal banner areas.
